MSSP Security Dashboard

This dashboard is only available for customers who own or monitor more than one organizations and shows information for all the organizations under their supervision.

The displayed widgets from top-to-bottom and left-to-right are:

  • Organizations Map: A map showing the organizations and their branches which have been assigned a specific geographical location. By clicking on a “dot” on this map, one can visit the dashboard for this specific organization.

Line-charts

  • Device liveness widget: This widget reports the number of devices which are registered in MOREAL but are not sending any logs. It is useful for checking whether a device requires maintenance.
  • Total threats: This line-chart displays the number of threats throughout the selected window (1 hour/day/week) as reported by security devices.
  • Threats over total connections: This line-chart displays the ratio of the number of threats over the number of total connections throughout the selected window (1 hour/day/week) as reported by network and security devices.
  • Total failed logins: This line-chart displays the number of failed logins throughout the selected window (1 hour/day/week) as reported by monitored devices.
  • Total firewall blocks: This line-chart displays the number of firewall blocks throughout the selected window (1 hour/day/week) as reported by monitored firewalls.
  • Failed over total logins: This line-chart displays the ratio of the number of failed login attempts over the number of total attempts throughout the selected window (1 hour/day/week) as reported by monitored devices.

Top-N Lists

  • Top countries (traffic): This list displays the top countries communicating with the monitored networks along with the number of connections and the difference from previous measurements expressed as a percentage.
  • Top ports with threats: This list displays the top network ports appearing in threat events along with the number of events and the difference from previous measurements expressed as a percentage.
  • Top threat IDs: This list displays the top unique Threat IDs with multiple occurrences in monitored networks along with the number of occurrences and the difference from previous measurements expressed as a percentage.
